Sorry, block_jmail is a non-standard plugin not maintained by Moodle HQ, can't do much about it.
- For contributed plugins, please contact the maintainer or report a bug for them as described at the plugin's page in the Plugin Directory at moodle.org/plugins
- For standard plugins, please report typos directly into the tracker instead of this forum (like I did for example)
