can you please check http://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=local_ltiprovider. The package for Moodle 2.2/2.1 contains an english language file with 40 or more strings. In Amos the file has only 1 string.

Ralf, I must disagree. I can see 43 registered strings in AMOS. Please check your filter settings.
