How to equalize strings on both versions (2.3 and 2.4)

I have all the Hebrew strings of qtype_ddimageortext for Moodle version 2.3 translated.

And I wish to push them into Moodle version 2.4 of qtype_ddimageortext. Some how, they are not there. weird. (or funny) Since, I always propogate before I commit.

How can I do that?

Yes it is: https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=qtype_ddimageortext

And the strings do appear for moodle 2.4 for Hebrew:

I am missing some Moodle 2.4 translation for course/formats :

(Which is present in equivalent Moodle 2.3 strings)

format_topcoll, format_weekcoll, format_grid, format_tabtopics
