Using AMOS for translation

Hi,

A couple years ago I still found the documentations of offline translation (without AMOS).
Could we do it now? Where can I find the documentation about offline translation?

I specifically want to download for a particular priority translation (A, B, or C...) and translate it offline.

I found this [1] where it was on progress.
