In the old version of lang.moodle, I could find it but not in this new look.
Could someone tells me where to find how many percent a language is being translated.

Hi Giang,
You can link to https://download.moodle.org/langpack/2.7/ and see the percentages for all languages for the Moodle 2.7 branch.
For other branches, just change the /2.7/ for the branch you need to know.
Good point Giang - you are right that previously on this site we had a link to the language pack downloads pages that German mentions. I will try and ensure that a link is added to the front page soon.
