I'm using AMOS for translating into russian
Case-sensitive checkbox works only with english text - same russian word in different cases is treated as different words. Check by serching word `Русский`, `русский` and `РУССКИЙ` in all components of russian langpack.
In addition, i think it would be better to use locale settings, when displaying dates - in name of new stash and in contributions list
