May be that I'm blind. I can't find an option to download a third party plugin lang pack after translation.
Any advice would be helpfull.

All plugins and core components, standard or contributed, are part of single language pack. In other words, the ZIPs from https://download.moodle.org/langpack/3.0/ contain additional plugins' translations too.
