A stupid bug in the calculation of translation statistics has been fixed. The core file moodle.php was not counted before, leading to false figures. Together with this, I have improved whole calculation. Now, only the strings that are present in the standard English language pack are counted into the translation statistics.
This fix made the displayed translation ration lower than it was before. Sorry for it.
