sorry I do not understand you problem clearly. Have you asked Koen for being the lang pack maintainer? Are you able to filter the strings you want to work on? What does happen when you click a cell in the last column in the Translator?

Oh, everything was my fault....
My browser setting was wrong.
MS i.e does not work to edit strings.
So i changed my browser to Google Chrome, then i can edit some strings.
Well, I can't see any reason why recent versions of MS IE should not work. What version did you try?

but.. i did not check any java environment...
Not Java, but JavaScript. It must be enabled. You can easily detect if JavaScript is working: in the Translator filter, can you see links "All / None" next to the Languages and Component fields?
