While checking the upcoming 3.11 branch with the sp-mx language, I was suprised to find several untranslated English strings.
I think that both tool_brickfield and lock_accessreview should be set as atandard plugins for Moodle 3.11 strings.

Hi German,
You're right - when the Accessibility toolkit (MDL-69863) was added, tool_brickfield and block_accessreview were listed as additional plugins. They are now standard plugins, however you may want to wait a day or two for Moodle 3.11rc 1 to be released before translating them, as some of the strings are due to be changed. Also, a few strings were included by mistake, as they are unused and have to be removed (MDL-71584).
