A new major version of the Moodle mobile app (4.5) will be released very soon.
You can find the strings needing translation by filtering for your language and selecting "Only strings used in the Moodle App" plus "Only missing strings".

Sorry, I am late. I just translated the strings for the german language packs de and de_du last week.
Done for Dutch
