The translation of Moodle and the improvement of the language packs is done by volunteers - it's a community effort to create these language packs.
You could help by correcting the errors you have found using the translator tool on https://lang.moodle.org/local/amos/view.php and send them to the language pack maintainer. That way others can benefit from your work, the same way you can benefit from the existing Chinese translation.
You can find documentation for contributors on https://docs.moodle.org/en/Contributing_a_translation. Unfortunately there is not such a thing like batch text replacement in the translation tool.
