Does anybody know where to download the translated language packs for version 2.3?

I like to download the complete pack I have translated, which helps me find errors or inconsistencies.

Thanks for spotting this. As a lazy man, I modified the custom menu here so that it contains a single link to a page with automatically generated list of all versions.
