I just saw your post about IMPORTANT fixes needed in langconfig.php and I double-checked that the definitions for decimal separator and thousands separators have indeed been properly (correctly) defined in my language pack (mexican spanish) but are different from the father language (international spanish), but the AMOS report you attached shows problems in both languages:

Although European spanish and many south American spanish languages do indeed use a decimal comma (,) we mexicans (all of us) use a decimal point (.) just as the English language does (maybe because Mexico is too close to the USA and too far from Europe).
As I believe my langconfig.php translation is correct for mexican spanish, but different from the international spanish parent language, I fear things might be messed-up by a robot programme that does not take into account that some children languages are very different from their father.
I do not know the date you issued that notice, but if it was old news (before I re-built the mexican spanish translation), wouldn't it be useful to have an updated report on the matter.
