Is it possible to get some space/course on this portal in which translators could build and store translation guidelines, Moodle specific glossaries, have discussions, ...?

How do you see this - as a course per language (this site runs on a normal Moodle instance, so that could be possible)?
On Moodle.org are courses for discussions in different languages - wouldn't it be better to store stuff in those courses? It might get more people involved in translation work I think.

A course on this site would be perfect since every translator must have an account on this site anyway. When translators join I can simply enroll them into this course.
I was maintaining a Slovenian course on moodle.org for quite some time (before AMOS) and didn't get any interest, although I've advertised it at the local MoodleMoot.
