Language pack maintainers

Hi,

I am the main maintainer for the es_mx language pack, BUT

I just found that I could not commit new strings, so I had to send myself a contribution. I could not commit the staged strings into the language pack. And when I checked the incoming contribution, I could not get AMOS to accept the strings sad

I am truly puzzled as to what I have done wrong this time.

Am I the only one ?

Is this related to the new stable 3.0 Moodle branch ?

Or have I been tricked by MS-Windows once more?. I'll swith to Linux in an hour.

I have switched to Linux and AMOS is working flawlessly, as usual smile

I suspect MS-Windows played me again. That should teach me...

That's very weird. Your OS should have zero impact on the capabilities to commit the strings. I checked your contribution #12755 and all seems ok, too. Also, nothing has been upgraded on lang.moodle.org yet. Mystery to me ...

Thanks David,

But, How could I submit a contribution to the language pack maintainer if I am the language pack maintainer ?

It remains a mystery, but MS-OS seemed to be the preferred villain for unexplained computer bugs ... No gremlins in sight at this part of the world  smile

Back to work again...
