That's very weird. Your OS should have zero impact on the capabilities to commit the strings. I checked your contribution #12755 and all seems ok, too. Also, nothing has been upgraded on lang.moodle.org yet. Mystery to me ...

But, How could I submit a contribution to the language pack maintainer if I am the language pack maintainer ?

It remains a mystery, but MS-OS seemed to be the preferred villain for unexplained computer bugs ... No gremlins in sight at this part of the world  ញញឹម
