I have a question:

Is this string  "Notify students" should be without s like that "Notify student"?

In assignment grade view page (which shows each student individually)  it sends a notification (email) to this certain student and not to students.

What do you think? maybe I'm wrong?

It's a difficult one: if you remove that thick, then it stays removed for all your students during your marking session.
