Where is the best place for discussions in native language about Moodle translations?
e.g. I want to discuss if competency should be translated as προσόν or επάρκεια.

YMMV, but me, I use a forum in the French Moodle course on Moodle.org for such discussions. It has proven to be a good way to do it.

I agree with Nicolas. I've seen they do the same in the German and Russian forums and it is good for the community.
