Here's a quick video (in French): the popup warning window that shows up after you try to upload a wrong type file in an assignment displays the word "Error" instead on "Erreur". There is no information about the string.

I'm afraid this is a hard coded string. You should IMHO open a tracker issue about it if you think it should be translated.
