I think ist not easy to find such official terms. In the forum discussion a UNICEF structure is mentioned. This will be an official category scheme where most countries agree and may have translations. But this scheme is not been used for Moodle.
I've tried to find some German lists. But its also difficult. There are lists about curriculum topics at schools. But we have 16 school governments (+ 26 Kantone in Suisse and Austria).

All of them don't include topcs in corporate trainings.
Maybe that there are some statistics from European Union.
