Hello and welcome to the Moodle Translators Community.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way at the moment to preview the translated texts in their context. It may be better to skip the translation when you're unsure, and get familiar with the given area e.g. at one of the Moodle demo sites.
Word counts are not shown. Is it something relevant / important for you?
