Commit privledges

Hello,

I'm the Moodle admin for an American international school in China.  I came across this site as I was looking at string completion for Moodle 2.  We don't have much in the way of capital to make a direct monetary donation to Moodle, but it has always been my desire to give back.

Last week I ran a proposal by our head principal to use our full-time translators to "donate" translation effort, which I'm happy to say he approved.  Fortunately we keep a full time Chinese and full time Korean translator on salary, and during the summer they have more available time and I'm certain they could contribute a lot.

Anyways, how/who do I get in contact with to see if 1) this sort of help is desired and 2) how to get commit privledges for them in the AMOS tool?  The sooner they can start the more they'll be able to contribute, as this is really based on being a summer project before their workloads pick up again in the fall.

Thanks, and looking forward to helping contribute.
