Which strings do you mean? I can see both English ones from your screenshot in AMOS: https://lang.moodle.org/local/amos/view.php?t=1737400928&v=405&l=es&c=editor_tiny&s&n=1&e=1&d=extended_valid_elements&p=1

When I checked AMOS today I found both strings already translated into mexican Spanish. I think my local server did not fetch the language pack when I clicked 'Update all installed language packs'.
Sorry about that.
My fault.
