New strings on langconfig component

Hi,

MDL-83873 recently added three strings to langconfig, but since local/amos:editlangconfig capability was added that component is only editable by AMOS site administrators, how should be proceed to translate them, should we open a new MDLSITE issue for each language?

Thanks Iñigo for highlighting this issue. I just commented about the problem in MDL-83873. Hopefully the developers will come up with a solution soon to avoid needing a MDLSITE issue for each language.
