Fair use is to use the Google Translate service whenever you need it, but not more often.
That means, if we realize that some users abuse the service provided, we will kindly discuss with them and will try to find a solution. Just that. So there are no limits apart from those lined by Google themselves. Just don't try to click those icons as fast as you can to see if Google blocks your IP
