Translating Moodle: Translating an online documentation page

Please move this post to a more relevant forum if there is one.

Hi all, I wanted to translate http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Upgrade_API into spanish so I tried to create the page http://docs.moodle.org/all/es/Upgrade_API (i couldn't think of a translation for the page title) but when i access that URL I get a message that says I don't have permission for creating it.

Is there another way to translate that article? Or can someone create it so that I can start working on translating it?

Hi d m,

You just need to make at least one edit to an existing docs page before you are allowed to create a new page (an anti-spam feature).
