I've just submitted the new strings in Moodle Mobile 2.8 for translation.
You can find the strings to be translated in the component: local_moodlemobileapp version 2.6 (you only need to translate the strings for that version, no need to copy the strings in following ones).
There are about 30 new strings, mostly related to the new functionality: the SCORM player, we've also deleted about 80 duplicated strings (strings that were already translated in Moodle, in the forum, survey, chat, etc.. components)
