I think it's time to add a mobile app to a standard language pack in the current version.

The current situation of the local_moodlemobileapp package is unsustainable (version 2.6).

Yeah, sorry for the confusion. The mobile app strings are not really versioned. Unfortunately, the AMOS' design requires that strings are stored per version. So we simply decided to stick to the single version there. It is an exception. Thanks for the understanding.
