Issues with Cloudflare Verification

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with Cloudflare, which keeps prompting me to confirm that I am not a robot. This happens even when I try to write this post, where the tool asks me to verify my identity before continuing.

Additionally, I am having difficulties accessing the second page of "AMOS" through the APIs, as Cloudflare is blocking access, making my work quite challenging.

Is anyone else facing this type of problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I appreciate any tips or solutions you can share!

Thank you!

Hi Eduardo. Sorry to hear about your troubles with accessing our AMOS community site.

I have never had significant issues with this Cloudflare protection myself. From time to time I am prompted to tick that checkbox or solve a captcha. But it's not that often.

I am surprised by the look of those screenshots though. The missing logo image and the request for enabling Javascript is something I've never seen before. Do you have JS disabled or blocked for a reason?

Also, what exactly do you mean by 'accessing the second page of "AMOS" through the APIs' ?

TIA for additional context.

I always send 50 at a time to facilitate approval, since sending 100 freezes AMOS for several minutes for the person approving.

But notice that of the 50 I sent, 50 arrived and 6 were lost, meaning I'll have to wait for approval and send them again another day.

Hi Eduardo,

Sorry to hear that you are again having problems with AMOS. I have requested for the IT team in Moodle HQ to look into it.

Regarding sending 50 strings at a time, I encourage you to send a maximum of 30 at a time, as mentioned in the documentation Contributing a translation, as smaller contributions are easier for language pack maintainers to review.

Yesterday I managed to send thousands of strings that were in the queue without any problem.
