Huge update for Lao (lo) - Requesting Bulk Import (30MB+)

Dear Koen and Moodle Translation Team,

I have completed a massive translation update for the Lao (lo) language pack (3,643 files / ~30MB).

Using AMOS web tool for this size causes timeouts. Could you please help me import this directly on the server side?

I checked with Koen and discovered that you contacted him directly. I'm copying Koen's reply here as it may be helpful for others:

I think there must be something wrong with your files.

I see that Lao is 89% translated (28668 / 32195 strings), all together 3MB

How can the remaining 3500 strings be 30 MB?

The upload file system was designed to upload a few files, for people behind an internet connection too slow to use the graphical interface. According to the documentation, the maximum file size is 2MB (see https://docs.moodle.org/501/en/AMOS_manual#Importing_a_file)
